John Lewis - Make a Difference
Green Graphics are very proud to announce they have helped John Lewis to deliver their Make a Difference window displays across the UK. The promotion is designed to promote the eco-friendly products that John Lewis sell to help the consumer make a difference to the environment. The Green circles were made from Ultra Board and printed using UV inks, due to the lightweight and rigid nature of the product the circles were simplly velcroed directly to the wall or via spacers to igive the display more depth. The plinths on which the product stand are also made from Ultra Board and were supplied flat pack to stores, because of the lightweight properties of the material the plinths were simple and fast to assemble. The conventional way of producing these plinths that could with stnad the weight of the products would have been using MDF. These would have been much heavier, harder to install and obviously not very eco-friendlly! Using Ultra Board Green Graphics were able to deliver John Lewis a window display that was 100% recyclable through standard paper recycling chains. The solutions was also cheaper to transport across the UK as it was lighter and the displays were much smaller when compared to the use of traditional materials. We like to think we have helped to Make a Difference!
